At aruba wear, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective items
  • Wrong item received

To request a return or replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Share clear product photos and an unboxing video
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Color variation due to screen/display differences
  • Customized or printed products unless damaged/defective

Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund

Damaged Packages

If the package looks damaged during delivery, please mention it to the delivery partner immediately and contact us.
