Return & Refund Policy
At aruba wear, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns only for:
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- Wrong item received
To request a return or replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Share clear product photos and an unboxing video
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selected by customer
- Change of mind
- Color variation due to screen/display differences
- Customized or printed products unless damaged/defective
Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
Damaged Packages
If the package looks damaged during delivery, please mention it to the delivery partner immediately and contact us.
